This is normal in yelds cycle.
That after the higher risk - higher reward, comes reduction in yealds, but I suppose more quality projects will be coming into the space. That brings less risk, smaller profits, yelds.
Also the fact that more VC investors are investing bigger amounts into ICOs that retail investors - shows that the capitall attracting is changing. This is a positive sign in my opinion. As some of less experienced investors will not "burn" when the 80-90% of the projects will fail (I am sure this will happen sooner or later....).
