This fix is just out to protect yourself from a new ransomware attack - Bad Rabbit. Credits to Amit Serper.
This is what you have to do:
Create the following files c:\windows\infpub.dat & c:\windows\cscc.dat - remove ALL PERMISSIONS and you are now vaccinated.
