Zcash Miner Issue - Any Suggestions?

My Zcash miner keeps coming up with the same error on the same GPU. It comes and goes and isn't really an issue so much as its annoying!

I've done a reset, re-install, changed the risers, checked the temps and more, but keeps coming up.

If you've got any ideas why it's coming up or what else I can try to fix it, would really appreciate the help!
