Coinbase Ethereum Sends are disabled.
Never gives me a good feeling when I see one of the exchanges break. Coinbase has been crippled now for several hours.
Please remember if you want security, you need to hold your coins locally, on your own computer, on an encrypted drive or folder and backup!

I would recommend using Binance, Cryptopia or Cobinhood for trading, cold storage to hodl.
This is just my personal preference. Welcome to the community!
Check out etherdelta.com, your keys are not stored by them, so even if they go, tokens are recoverable.
You are correct, I don't use coinbase.com for trading. Binance and Cryptopia are both great exchanges, but they are centralized and if they go (for any reason), you loose.
I hope we see more decentralized exchanges in the near future.
