TREZOR Bitcoin Hardware Wallet ReviewsteemCreated with Sketch.

Is Trezor Still a Good Way to Secure Your Bitcoins? Trezor is a hardware wallet that has been released three years ago. Back in the day, it was the first hardware wallet available to the public. It was literally a lifesaver for individuals and companies alike, which is why it received positive reviews from security giants like John McAfee.

Today, Trezor got a lot of competitors, each of which is striving to deliver the top product. This leads us to the question: is Trezor still relevant in 2017?

This is a really important question, because hardware wallets are apparently the only secure way of keeping your Bitcoin safe. Online or ‘cloud’ wallets can be hijacked by hackers. In fact, even the biggest and safest online wallets often fall victims to hacker attacks. No matter how much you trust a cloud company, you better keep your savings elsewhere.

Software wallets are safer, but they too have backdoors hackers can use to gain access to your funds. Those backdoors are malware and keyloggers – spy software that often remain unperceived by antiviruses. They leak personal data such as passwords and wallet passphrases to hackers.

Hardware wallets are apparently the only way to keep your cryptos safe. The idea behind a hardware wallet is that it can be used on an infected PC without any risks. Crazy, isn’t.

This leads us to the conclusion that you should be careful when choosing the right device to store your cryptos. Trezor was the first of its kind, the pioneer, but does that mean that it is still the best choice today?

In my latest, I discuss whether Trezor is good enough for you to trust it your cryptos. Click here to keep reading: http://1stminingrig.com/trezor-review-trezor-still-good-way-secure-bitcoins/
