That's one of the biggest reasons I'm enjoying Steemit. Anything I earn is not from buying and selling but from my own contributions. I'm working for the money. It's already extra for me since I'm just investing my free time in it, much like a second job. That reduces the stress level on fluctuations for me. (although I still would like to see it go higher!)
