I have some doubts about it too. But I don't think that they control everything. They big and have a lot of resources but usually they use them not efficient enough. And some bright ideas can help in the sphere like logistics.
Yes, the bigger the business the slow it can improve or change. Big companies have their weaknesses too. But I don't think that they will try to stop platform like this. If they want they can buy it after they see how profitable it is.
They will benefit from this too. Platform like this will help to both parties to have more efficiency in their business.
