Bitcoin'nin Ülkelere Göre Vergi Uygulamaları
Merhaba arkadaslar. Son gunlerde Türkiye basininda btc nin (ve diger kriptoparalarin) vergilendirilmesi ile ilgili haberler yer aldi. Bu kapsamda sizlere kucuk bir calisma yaparak konuyu aydinlatmak istedim.
Hukumet vergi almak icin maliye bakanligi, merkez bankasi ve SPK kurumlarinin katilimiyla gerceklestirilen bir vergi ve tanimlama calistayi olusturarak start verildi.
Mevcut gelir vergisi kanununa gore bir tanimlama yapilacak yada 7 esasa bir esas daha eklenecek.
Muhtemelen SPK tanimlamayi gerceklestirecek ve Diger Sermaye Piyasasi Araclari olarak adini koyacak. Boylelikle vergi de alinabilecek piyasada islem de gorebilecek.
Yani anlayacagimiz daha cok yolumuz var.
Calismalar devam ediyor ve ihtimaller cikartilarak esasa varilmaya calisiliyor.
Benim dusuncem ise vergi alinacak. Hukukta gecmise yurumeme (lehte olan hususlar istisna) ilkesi vardir. Fakat mevcut durumda ve konuda VERGI olunca bu ilkeye dikkat edilir mi zannetmiyorum.
