What is it?
The Ether Price Prediction Competition is the third challenge of its kind that allows the community to guess the price of ether on a particular date and win Dether prizes! For this challenge, you'll need to guess the price of ether in USD on the date of Tuesday, August 7, 2018, at 1:00 pm (UTC+2). Prices can be predicted to the nearest cent, e.g. $534.56.

How do I enter?

1. To enter:
   Fill out this form and tell us your:

• prediction price
• Ethereum address (to receive your DTH if you win)
• Twitter handle, and
• email address, so we can contact you to send your prize!

2. You must be following us on Twitter to win. Follow us here!

The competition closes 24 hours before Tuesday, August 7.

What do I get if I win?

1st prize winner will win 10,000 DTH + a Dether t-shirt!

2nd prize winner will win 5000 DTH + a Dether t-shirt!

3rd prize winner will win a Dether t-shirt!

Predictions must be placed at least 24 hours before Tuesday, August 7, 1:00 pm (UTC+2). You can only participate once. If no one predicts the correct price, the winners will be those whose predictions were the closest.

The promoter is DETHER Ltd .

The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over except employees of DETHER Ltd or its affiliated entities and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Closing date for entry will be 24 hours before Tuesday, August 7, 1:00 pm (UTC+2). After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: fill out all the required forms of the competition. Only fully completed forms can be accepted.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The prize is is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The prize is as follows:

Winners will be chosen by an adjudicator appointed by the Promoter.

The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Gibraltar law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current GDPR data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
