I read the title and thought: Bitconneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeect!!

I think if "banks" could guarantee that your funds are secure and super private then as cryptocurrency becomes more mainstream then people will use it . But I imagine there are a lot of crypto enthusiasts that would not use this service and not trust their private keys to anyone but themselves.

I agree 100% 💯 I think how they want to set it up is to actually not have access to your private keys. Definitely an interesting concept. The merging of two worlds :)

I think you could have the best of both wolds. I would use the banks for amounts that I would use for everyday purchasing or trading. But for long term investment and larger sums I would use a cold wallet.

Makes perfect sense to me. Although I think the vaults that they're trying to set up are actually cold wallet storages as well. So they may have a hot-wallet option and a cold-wallet option. We shall see!!! Thanks for the input :)

Yes, I would love to store my bitcoin and crypto in a bank vault. Their system would be very secure and if anything were to happen, I believe that they would want to reimburse you for it because they would not want word to get around that they have an unsecured system. Yes I would love that.

@jackie2017 ! You almost won our last free steem giveaway! Did you watch the end of the video? I even mention you there. Make you sure resteem/share, follow our page and upvote and you'll be one of the qualifiers. You were 2 out of 3 so I couldn't give it to you.

Thanks for the comment - that's a very good point. Makes perfect sense to me. And it avoids all the risks of losing your paper wallets or private keys at home.

Interesting article! Checkout @cryptobroye for more bitcoin info and analysis. Im sure there's a lot we can learn from each other!

@dnews i will definitely use it. So far top-notch privacy and security is assured.

Cool! Good to know :) did you mean "so long as top-notch privacy and security is assured." ?

In order for me to use a bank for crypto it would have to be insured. The bank could not have any fees for storage plus the bank would have to be convenient to use.

Hmm...I wonder if they'll be able to deliver! hehe

The recentralization of coming decentralization?

Thank you for the contribution...!

To me this just shows how cryptocurrencies are becoming. Great news and thanks for informing us!
