Is Poloniex The Next BTC-E (And A Proud Follower Of Mt. Gox)?
For the last hour Poloniex is not working. Here's the latest announcement on company's Twitter account:
It's a bit weird to trade without connectivity, in the first place, but maybe Poloniex knows how to do it. Who knows?
Of course, irony was quick to appear, and a few users already felt the need to compare the announcement with the one posted by BTC-E a week ago, hours before FBI announced they seized their domain:

The hits just keep on coming from Polo. They've already lost my trust and my business. Something at Polo hasn't smelled right for quite some time. They may have a great interface and a ton of volume, but I would tread very lightly if you're still using them and definitely would get my coins off there ASAP.
I called their bullshit months ago. The signs were there, who moved out is now not surprised by their shitfest.
I don't trust them and this recent change to the ToS should ring alarm bells...

Hopefully they come back up and don't scam people, I took my money out weeks ago, but I don't want to be proven right in this case, the fallout would be huge.
I moved all my alt coin from Poloniex 2 days ago after all buzz about them ... Seems to been the right thing to do.

This is an old post .. And i got all my withdrawals right away.
I am a small time trader, more of a hobbyist than investor but have removed my assets from Poloniex several days ago. I have been Experiencing multiple and repetitive issues with 0 customer support whatsoever at this exchange so i thought i would not risk it however little i have in Cryptos.
Lol Poloniex strikes again.
It will happen. I am sure of that for over a month.
I quit using them and moved to bittrex.

yeah I think I made a account once, but I never traded there. It seemed like a nice place but most US based exchanges seem to be getting the short end of the stick.

Poloniex is just shooting themselves in the foot I think @dragosroua. All of these inconveniences are leading for people to move away from Poloniex
Let's hope they return and it doesn't just disappear like BTC-E
People are already waiting to withdraw their steem funds but it seems like it will never happen
