Bitcoin and alts recovered ?

Since February bitcoin and some major cryptocurrencies are down . Starting the second week of April the market is now somehow recovered , but do you think it's a sign that bitcoin and other crypto will rise again and will increase more ? Or it will just increased a little bit . What's your opinion ?
