Why would rich people be afraid of yet another currency? Probably already hundreds in existence, and well as many types of commodities some of which, like Gold, should, unlike modern money, always retain some value in the absence some philosopher's stone.
Okay I guess afraid was the wrong word to use in this context. I don't know how to call it otherwise though but the bankers might loose all their power through crypto and therefore a big cash cow being the banking system.
I just hope they don't try to buy it all up and leave some for the rest of us.
If they try to buy it all, anyone who already owns any will get wealthy beyond your wildest dreams. That's why now is the time to get started.
