South Korea preparing “full crypto” Exchange “ban” (says the local press)

Hot of the heel of South Korea saying “no” or “banning ICO’s, it appears they may be changing their mind on Bitcoin or other crypto exchanges.

The thought is that these may seem “fraudulent” and they want to protect the people.

Well, I am not sure if they are sincere or not only time will tell. But I definitely think something is up with the BTC price rise to $18k so swiftly BEFORE the CBOE Options start to trade this Sunday at 5PM EST.

Would the banks make a major “bubble” and then crash BTC so as to more countries say no and it hastens adoption? You never know the truth BUT we do know they dislike bitcoin as an enemy to their dollar printing presses.
