Bitcoin vending machine in Honolulu, HI
Aloha
Today I'd like to share a bit of good news for our fellow cryptocurrencies enthusiasts living on the island of Oahu. I have found a Bitcoin vending machine here in Chinatown. Well, actually, it was @visualsamurai's post about the only bitcoin machine in Hawaii, that brought me to the location. Thanks again @visualsamurai
Please be advice that the machine only takes cash a maximum of $900.00 per transaction and the fee is a hefty 15%! Lets' go check it out.
Lets' use Aloha Tower as our main, easy pin-point location. On the opposite side of the street is Downtown/Chinatown. Here is the exact streets for location...
And here is the front of the coin and stamp shop. Here's more informations to make it as easy as possible for you.

As you walk in, this is the front of the shop. You will be greeted by a couple of nice folks and a cute dog. Please be polite and ask if you could use their bitcoin machine. They'll point to an extended area slightly hidden off to the right. There sit a small bitcoin machine.
Since it's my first time using it, please correct me if I explain it wrong or missed some vital information in the process.
Touch on the bitcoin sign on the screen. It will prompt you to link your address to it. I face my blockchain address on my apps facing the Bitcoin screen. Instantly, it will prompt you to insert cash into the machine. When done press the green Completion button. And voila, you now own some bitcoin!
This is one way of buying some bitcoin on the island. I hope it was somewhat useful for our Hawaiian folks. And as always, have a wonderful day.
Aloha!
That's awesome! I have yet to come across such a machine. There should be one on every street corner with shapeshift.io capabilities :)
I know, right?! I sooo agree. Such an unfortunate thing to have only one, for now. Aloha!
Good news, i love it 😊
