Bitcoin transaction stuck

Maybe someone here can help. I've been waiting over a week for a small amount of bitcoin (.0109) to transfer from coinbase to my counterwallet. It has plenty of confirmations when checking on coinbase though. After research I may think the mining fee I paid was too low. How do I add to ensure it goes through?
