That 16% is very close to the lowest discount the trust has ever traded with.

It's not technically bitcoin, but it will track very closely with bitcoin over the long run.

That discount is very likely to come out at some point meaning anyone buying it right now will collect a free 16% when that happens.

They have filed to convert the trust into an ETF, and if that doesn't happen there are large investors in GBTC that are in the process of figuring out how best to get rid of that discount.

My guess is that the discount will be gone within a year from now and possibly within the next 6 months.

To me it seems like a great risk/reward spot to buy bitcoin on this recent dip.

I bought some today at $35.
