Bitcoin had 3 moves up before it eventually rolled over, will we see that again?

Back in the early part of this year bitcoin had 3 surges around the 60 level.

Each surge was slightly higher than the previous one.

Take a look:

We had one in February, followed by one in March, which was ultimately followed by the peak in April.

A similar type of price action now would show a higher high in November, followed by another higher high in December.

Interestingly enough, that would also paint the higher high much lower than those $200k and $100k price targets...
