Is Ethereum Cash a Scam?

Hi guys!!! Days ago I saw on coinmarketcap a new big winner, #ECash, I saw that it’s only listed on Yobit and EthereumDelta so that I’m quite affraid of buying some coins. In addition to that, it’s not available its roadmap and it looks like stellar functionality.

Ethereum netwok has been so slow these days so it may need some Ethereum gas to make some transactions.

If it works, it can make at least some 10 USD by coin.
