Remember, the part of the government that is doing the prosecuting is also throwing or attempting to throw persons in prison and/or levy fines that are a violation of the 8th amendment and/or based on real estate appraisals which are only valid at the time of the appraisal and reflect a best guess on the value at which the property might sell at that moment as too high for the value of the property which would make more money for the sellers because they all gambled at casinos owned by deplorables and lost their asses.
