Yes you are correct but @chekohler. There are many projects that promise these features and have failed. But just like Quarkchain, VANTA holds a lot of promise. Similar to Quarkchain, VANTA is a Korean project — and so far ICOs from that part of the world have been quite successful because of proper strategy and good partnerships.
