Greg, I just thought of a possible solution for the low volume. Knowing that you earlier did an interview (with AJ), sometimes the platform, such as Zoom or Jitsi, will turn down the recording volume of your mic without you knowing. So, you might want to check the recording volume for your microphone. This happened to me before. I recorded a voice-over for a video, and it took me a while to figure out that the problem was not the mic; it was just a setting.
