Bitcoin VS Bitcoin Cash

in #bitcoin8 years ago

This is a small post to share with you my thoughts on the news of bitcoin.

I've just read this tweet from Roger Ver, one of the most famous figure of the Bitcoin World :

Full blocks cause high fees and unreliable confirmations which destroy usability.

Usability drives adoption.

Adoption drives price. #BitcoinCash pic.twitter.com/qYp37z29iy

In the same time the Bitcoin Cash raises new peaks (but its very fluctuating):

So I'm wondering whether Roger Ver (and certainly another big investor) want the death of the bitcoin because of the segwit2x cancelation? Or it's just a warning?

The market moves very fast and I do not know what to think...

Sort:

With the cancellation of Segwit 2X fork, traders and speculators triggered a temporal sloshing between BTC and BCH. Looks like this sloshing has reversed after a short duration of euphoria.
