Most of the tokens I have are on the Ethereum Blockchain that used the ERC 20 format and i use Myethereumwallet (MEW) to access them.. Other than that a lot of the projects/tokens have QT-wallets you can download, to store your project/tokens.. As far as my Bitcoin tokens I store them on my PC wallet Electrum.
