    Rates will go down. The Government wants to spend more and buy more votes. They will settle into 0-3 for the next 50 years. We are all getting richer nominally and poorer in reality. It does not matter how many currency units you have all that matters is what they will buy when you choose to exchange them for goods or services. That is the story since the founding of the Not Federal No Reserve banking system and will continue into the future as long as we allow the bank/government and powerful to control our money.
