Nano Ledger problems?

My bitcoin wallet on my nano ledger S isn't working, all the other alt coins are working but since the split my bitcoin wallet isn't signing in. I have asked them but yet no clear reply as to why this is happening. I am wondering if anyone here knows![bit.png]
