Bitcoin exchange rates in India right now

Indian exchanges are making a fortune right now. All major Indian bitcoin exchange are floating close to 820$ when it should have been I don't know may be 720 or something. People are parking money big time.

One thing I don't understand is how come Indian exchanges get to charge astronomical figures while international market seems unaffected by it, floating around 710 mark.

Another point of contention is the spread between buying rate and the selling rates, ideally what do you think it should be I 'll say 2-3 $ may be but no what I see here is unbelievable 30$ (2k INR) approx.

I am so unhappy right now this is a sham people. If anyone has any idea please let me know its frustrating whats going on.
