Bitcoin Status 02

Btc is testing the 4000 level... This is the second time price is testing this level and even though i am praying for price to break of this level and hopefully 4200 level, price a may have a plan of its own.

As i technical trader, i follow price wherever it goes.

My bias: until i see a strong D1 close above 4200, am very much bearish.
