I believe the crime does not match the penalty. But we must not forget that people are imprisoned every day for either crime that do not match the penalty, or a mistake they made on a split moment decision. People make mistake, but at the end of the day it was there mistake to make. I'm very aware what the fine is for stealing a candy bar before it even crosses my mind to steal it. I personally find this case very interesting, and think the work Ross did is gigantic, but I have not sympathy, because this happens every day to people and they get no love because it isnt as high profile.
