slowly, but surely. there are alot of people working on educating regulators and policy-makers, as well as government programs learning about blockchain and supporting different innovations and incubators. some countries are faster/slower than others, though for the most part, it's a force that cannot be stopped and it seems governments are trying to figure out how to embrace and support innovation in the ecosystem rather than slow it down...
