Ledger's bad costomer service

Ledger has some really bad costomer service, lastnight I was starting my Ledger application on my computer and before I clicked on the icon I was warned that hakers were trying to steal pasword information specifically on Ledger.com. So like any concerned holder I emailed Ledger and sent then a snap shot of to notification and still haven't gotten a response, this has me really concerned and its the second time I have tried to contact them about product concerns and have not gotten a response, so be aware of no good customer service if you have problems with Ledger.
