1.That screenshot is not the bitcoin balance its the price of 1 Bitcoin during the time the screenshot was taken
2.Also right side behind it shows you have only sent one transaction(Orange color) and recieved one(green color) in your blockchain wallet
3.Unless you showing the actually bitcoin on the screen..this has scam or ponzi scheme written all over it

One transaction was a purchase of bitcoin and other one going out was to purchase the package.
