Should the current trend with Bitcoin price be a concern?

There is no doubt that China's regulators plan for a further crackdown on the digital currency has tremendously affected the rising curve of bitcoin price. I was expecting the currency to be at least USD 5,300 by now, but we are talking of USD 4383.78!! In just one day, the fall has been huge; from USD 4,660 to USD 4383.78. What will happen the states borrows from what is China is doing? Is it a point to be concerned?
