Litecoins surge
Lite coin has almost doubled its value in the past week which is awesome, but why?
What are your thoughts and/or predictions..
I believe we saw the spike because of the upcoming bitcoin split..? And I think lite coin has the full potential to hit $100 very soon, I find it to be a little bit less than 1/4 of bitcoins value which means lite coin is very underrated if that's true ...
I'm bullish on LTC as a hedge to BTC's scaling issue and as an more nimble and innovative alternative. Charlie Lee's return to Litecoin full time is another very positive sign.
absolutely, lite coin has become a bet against btc
Said it perfectly. Come Aug 1 (or late July), I will reassess my position, but for the time being I feel the most confident on LTC's stability and potential growth moving forward.
boom
I find it perplexing that it is so low, (under$50) around 1/54 the price of bitcoin. When in theory, it should be 1/4 of the value of bitcoin! Something odd is going on. Its transaction speed and fees are also much better than BTC, and it has already implemented segwit. So why is it still so low???
People follow where they see the most money being dumped aka BTC, but don't realized there is other cryptocurrency that are taking off.
true. I am looking forward to a bright future for both LTC and BTC. I hope Segwit activation goes smoothly on BTC and they implement the Lightning network... because then the value of LTC will definitely increase as you will be able to very rapidly switch LTC for BTC and vice versa..
Hey Smith I'm a huge litecoin follower myself! My response to why it went up is because it is undervalued! Please take a look at my first article for my reasoning :) Have a wonderful day!
I agree! under valued currencies eventually pick the slack up
