HELLO EVERYONE! I'm back from vacation and here is todays chart
Here is this mornings evaluation:
30 day rolling average of cryptocurrency market cap = increase of $9.9 Billion per day
I estimate that cryptocurrency market cap will pass Apple for the #1 spot in 27 days.
I estimate cryptocurrency market cap will pass the total US dollar in just under 8 months

crypto is still too much of a PITA for mass adoption. when someone builds a system that makes it as easy as buying something on amazon, then it will explode. Having given only a cursory look at crypto in the past, I decided to join steemit and start investing in crypto - I have spent several full days researching and attempting to join exchanges, figure out how to buy BTC with USD, set up a wallet, learn about sending and how fees work, etc. it's all very complicated and the fact that there are so, so many options just makes it worse. I really think that currently only the tech savvy are into it, and that is a smaller portion of the population than you might think, especially if you are a tech savvy person who travels in tech savvy circles.
none of which is to say that crypto won't continue to grow dramatically. it's just... not easy enough yet. still sorting itself out.
I completely agree. Still no reason to stay away. People like us who took the time to work through the issues will be way ahead when the apps and infrastructure come about that make it easy.
welcome back from your vacations @socky ....ansd the cap of crypto is so high bcz the whole world is now involving in crypto but the steem is very hight now in 2 days and also othes are so high in these days bcz the market cap increase day by day

This is awesome... I can hardly believe how fast the crypto market cap has moved. I hope it can sustain this rise. Upvoted and Resteemed so I can come back in 50 days, 100 days etc etc ....
Bitcoin is unstoppable, it is the decentralized engine, though transactions are public.
But untraceable currencies such as Monero are poised to capture a decent part of the market share. Stay thirsty my friends.
