I'm fairly certain that we will see a push to February. I think that's what is priced in as of now. With all the unknowns, why would you make a decision now if you could push it off to February. There is no incentive to approve now and take on extra risk.
You might be right. Really wondering about the effect it might have. Exciting times my friends!!
