For bitcoin to be worth $1m in 10 years would mean that it has to rise an average of more than $250 per day for next 10years. In the last month it has risen at an average of about $33 per day

yep lets see, for 1M bitcoin you only need a market cap of 21 Trillion Dollars (tops). That's half the derivative book at any of the major 5 big banks. Just sayin'

I agree if fiat currency can be valued say at $100.00 for a single bill that is backed by nothing more than trust and aircraft carriers and nukes than why can't a valued currency that is not controlled by anyone and protected by nothing be worth $1,000,000 or more pieces of paper valued by its debt of trillions!
