Because of bitcoin volatility a lot of business people like having their btc payments immediately converted to USD. Hodling is nice when the price goes up, but selling a product in the morning, and by end of the day taking a 10% to 20% haircut when the price of bitcoin drops isn't very appealing to most business owners. For this reason companies like BitPay thrive. I agree though, people should learn all they can about cryptocurrency especially if they're accepting it for payment. Thanks for reading and commenting
