Why Steem Dollar Price Fluctuates so much?

Steem and Steem dollar are always in my watchlist. Steem price seems stable but steem dollar (SBD)prices fluctuate drastically.

Could anyone share your opinion on why SBD price fluctuates so much?

From market perspective, it's not so positive to be like this.
