Very interesting video. Talk about leverage is very important. The IPO market is changing. ICO in the states are almost 100% securities. I can see this moving all ICOs over seas which it already has done.

Personally, I think regulating the exchanges would go a long way n making cryptos safer for the average investor. That is my biggest concern.
