https://iohk.io/about/ is working on ETC. They are the guys who are doing a great deal of Cardana development. I still think ETC isn't a good long term investment. I just see it has more sentimental upside. But I don't think ETC will ever amount to EOS or even NEO or Komodo. It'll be a good trade but bad investment.
