Will Starbucks Accept Bitcoin?
Mass consumer adoption of cryptocurrency would be a game changer. In most cites around the world you can't walk a block without seeing a Starbucks. Imagine if the coffee conglomerate started to accept Bitcoin. Well this may happen sooner than you think.
Recently I read the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) who is the company that builds and operates stock exchanges around the world is building a global ecosystem for digital assets. In a press release ICE stated this new company is called Bakkt and is working with corporations such as Starbucks and Microsoft on a platform to transact cryptocurrency.
This is colossal news that came out in the beginning of August and we have not seen much movement in cryptocurrency markets, but things do take time. Mainstream adoption will send Bitcoin on an unstoppable rally. More demand with limited supply is a beautiful combination. HODL your Bitcoin the next bull market is around the corner.
