I believe within 6 months Bitcoin Cash will be known as just Bitcoin.
I believe within 6 months Bitcoin Cash will be known as just Bitcoin. Bitcoin Core, will have another name, maybe Bitcoin Classic like Ethereum Classic, the fork in November will give birth to Bitcoin Segwit 2x, maybe it will be Bitcoin 2x....
The one to beat both of these will be Bitcoin Cash as it will be called just Bitcoin as time progresses.
That's just my opinion.

I just don't see it. Why do you predict such a thing? Why would Bitcoin conceed and give up the most valueable name in the whole Cryptocurrency world? I'm genuinely curious. I've been following you for awhile and I have seen you be right in things before but I'm really unsure of why you believe this.
Bitcoin can go to zero overnight if miners switch chains. Bitcoin Cash cannot.

@haushinka, it won't concede to give up the name, it will be forced to give up the name by the free market system as Bitcoin Core will fail. There are many reasons why I think Bitcoin Cash will beat the other 2 alt coins, but the most important reason will be when the miners switch over as it will be more profitable to them, at that point which is coming very soon, it will begin to drain Bitcoin Core.
Bitcoin cash is the alt coin as it forked away from bitcoin. I see a chance that bitcoin cash will increase in value if segwit fails to deliver or if there are issues. If all goes well, bitcoin cash will be worth pennies in the days afterwards!
I consider them both as alt-coins now. Neither one is the original Bitcoin protocol, so, you should make your decisions moving forward based on what each one is now. Try to distance yourself from the emotional connection to Bitcoin by calling it "Bitcoin Segwit." That's what it is now.
Iam not attached to either protocol and I'm not bothered by the 'true bitcoin', but the segwit coin is the one with the exchanges, merchants, public awareness and hence market. Bitcoin cash has none of these things. At the end of the day, that is what will make it succeed or fail!
Exchanges, vendors, etc are already coming on board. They will have to when the demand is there.
All of this is just my theories on how it will play out, no one is right all the time.... but I feel strongly this is what will happen. I'm not giving my advice on this I am just saying how I think all of this will play out.... only time will tell, it will be fun seeing it all happen.
I appreciate that you give your opinions. No one knows what's going to happen so I love reading everyone's thoughts, predictions, and feelings. It gives me a more broad view of everything and helps me make a more informed decision. There's so much to learn in this new frontier.
