While it may not be a scam in your opinion, it could be considered spam. Spam is not appreciated by the community and could be flagged or may result in action from the cheetah bot..
So, because you think that the community "could" consider this as spam you've went ahead and censored the post and hit the persons rep. Why don't you let the community make that decision. How is this post any different from one of trevonjb's videos? I don't see you flagging his posts and that guy's advising people to sign up for cloud mining using his affiliate link when he knows full well that it will lose people money.
