A bit more on the XPAT scam, here's Robert Bass sharing my public comments in his "zero state" community of "transhumanists". There are also rumours of XPAT funds being funnelled into "zero state", maybe that is why, who knows. And, who cares. The market takes care of itself, scams are highly temporary and vary over time, and are at the end of the day completely irrelevant. Apparent bias anyway. Note also, there is nothing "stateless" about the web3, those memes coming out of "bitnation" or "zero state" don't even understand blockchain technology or what dApps etc are about, blockchain technology is about more state, not less, blockchains are state technology.

"Ok you have mentioned that it is a scam, how would you fix it", is not how the market works. Markets allocate trust using currencies, the market itself does not expect people who critique a scam to "fix it", that is not my responsibility. I have in my own work proposed a new social contract, that does not use coercion, described on https://panarchy.app/Proof-of-power.pdf, and it is a way to "fix" the overall social order, not to fix some arbitrary scam, that is not in my self-interest nor my responsibility.
