If you are using openledger.io you problem could be caused by the recent interface update. I opened a feature request to add an import/export function.

One more quick question;we have ETH,DOGE,DASH,and few more well known cryptos on bitshares,why there are no more??Why not add,for example XRP and tons of more or less known cryptos for people to trade??I am new at all this,but i think many more people would join bitshares,if there were more options.
