BSIP-018 proposes the development of "Revive BitAsset through buying Settlement Pool", which is required for any Market Pegged Asset (MPA) which has experienced a global settlement event (black-swan).

Bittwenty seems to have experienced a global settlement (blackswan) event due to witnesses publishing invalid values very recently! If this is confirmed to be the case, it'll be at least 2 months after BSIP-018 is approved that Bittwenty is fully active again!
Bit20 will remain active but borrowing is now not allowed. You can keep trading the actual supply. It will remain this way until until the next BSIP to reactivate black swan markets is implemented.
