Coinbase issuing 1099k out today to mannnny people( check reddit ) , this is why bitshares will flourish.
Coinbase is sending to you and IRS an accumulitave of all your sells, so if your day trading, you're going to have a headache to deal with. Not saying to avoid paying taxes, but you know what i mean.

Bitshares is a Decentralized Exchange by the way.. no middleman or company between you and a trade, just a middle platform with no CEO.
