I've been given part of a BTCCORE asset, according to the asset description, I can exchange it 1:1 for BTC. Anyone know anything about this??

Idk I see randomly some people pushing this type of thing and I always ask them to talk about their team and mission but they do no answer. And produce more spam.
I hope btccore is not another bts shittoken
seems to me a bit of a scam. To say an asset is pegged and able to exchange for a BTC, but isn't. I really hope this isn't the case!
but i stay AWAY from that type of thing. And I stay close to gateways with more reputation :))))))
a lot of people keep saying its not so im just like ?????
I just want clarity, I think that's what they are missing...
reputable gateways let their supports know whats going on!
