    bitshares.foundation is hosted on github.org (through its open source jekyll-based web page).
    However, github does not support custom-domain SSL, so the bitshares.foundation is explicitly not available through HTTPS. This is a consequence of having everything open source while still wanting to stick to an actual domain.
